Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking talented individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a location across the United States. You’ll help customers with in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing your local client base and fostering community relationships.

You’ll work in a front-facing retail environment, possibly in a flagship store, and be involved in local marketing and outreach to drive customer loyalty and prosperity in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns.
• Experience with TurboTax or similar tax software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation, advice, calculations, and software support at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and tax reviews to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build local client relationships through community engagement.
