Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. The role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and on-site service, helping customers with full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

As a non-exempt, on-site position, you will build relationships with local clients, grow the TurboTax client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
