Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in our on-site locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers, building trust and local presence.

Responsibilities include proactive community engagement, client growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while wearing a TurboTax uniform and working front-facing in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must have active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise in plain language.
