Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers while helping grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement. The role emphasizes a strong customer-focused approach, leveraging marketing support and tools to build lasting relationships within the local community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience desired.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week; weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building long-term relationships and driving community loyalty.
