Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts. This on-site role at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations involves in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, with a focus on growing the local client base.

You will engage with customers, provide personalized tax solutions, and help build long-term relationships in the community, while leveraging Intuit marketing and TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
