Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to grow the local client base and foster lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional tax licensure (EA/CPA/attorney).
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax Retail customers.
• Conduct discovery and tax planning sessions to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships in-store.
• Assist with local in-store marketing and community outreach as a TurboTax Expert.
