Job summary

Intuit is seeking eager, year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Role emphasizes building local relationships, expanding the client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, with opportunities to engage in community marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist customers in-person using TurboTax products.
