Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparations, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and long-term relationships.

You will leverage marketing support and TurboTax tools to help clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes, with a focus on community engagement and trusted guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location (20+ hours/week).
• Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and engage with local community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and minimize liabilities.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with local community and promote TurboTax services and content.
