Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at a location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice using TurboTax products, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will grow the TurboTax client base in your community, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and plan for the future.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships locally and via Intuit tools.
