Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help clients navigate their tax needs.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and long-term relationships in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and referrals and drive loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person at TurboTax retail locations.
