You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to local customers, helping them maximize refunds and minimize liabilities. The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing, and building long-term client relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns filing for 30+ federal/state forms.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with the community.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow local client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
