Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to walk-in customers, building lasting relationships and growing the local client base.

This non-exempt, onsite role offers opportunities to engage with the community, represent TurboTax locally, and earn performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Comfortable working onsite Sundays through Saturdays for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Assist with local marketing and grow the client base using TurboTax resources and marketing support.
