Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will work in person assisting customers with tax preparation and advice, leveraging tax knowledge to maximize refunds and optimize deductions.

You will also help grow the local client base and engage with the community through marketing and outreach, while adhering to Intuit’s policies and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license (or equivalent).
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation using professional software (1040s).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidance.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail/flagship location for varied hours.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in-store.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver clear, personalized tax guidance using professional tools and resources.
• Create a positive customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
• Engage with local community and participate in marketing efforts to grow clientele.
