Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, on-site presence, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess/state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (30+ federal and state) per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
