Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building trust and long-term relationships.

In this role, you’ll engage with the community, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class experience while adhering to Intuit policies. Must reside in the United States and be able to work on-site.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (1040) using professional software.
• Must reside in the United States and able to work onsite.
• Experience with tax planning and advisory beyond filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
