Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to local customers, becoming a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate complex returns and maximize refunds.

This role emphasizes community engagement and building lasting client relationships. You’ll collaborate with a cross‑functional team, participate in local marketing, and wear a TurboTax uniform

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (1040) with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state/federal tax rules.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, minimize liabilities and plan taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and community outreach to grow the client base.
