Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/product support to in-person customers while growing the local client base and maintaining customer loyalty.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing collaboration, and a strong emphasis on delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week (Sun–Sat).
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and grow client base with TurboTax support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with tax planning as needed.
