Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building long-term relationships and growing the local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, represent TurboTax locally and be a public face in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients through outreach.
• Lead and participate with TurboTax in local marketing to make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Interact with customers in-person and through Intuit’s video tools, addressing inquiries and overcoming tax-related challenges.
