Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with the local community to grow the client base and foster loyalty. The role supports customers with holistic tax advisory services, from simple returns to complex scenarios, building long-term relationships and delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
