Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while helping clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.

The role blends tax expertise with community engagement, building relationships with local clients and leveraging marketing support to grow a personal client base in the community. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must have or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is desirable.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community by attracting new clients and building long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
