Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work on-site, serve as a trusted advisor, and help customers navigate their tax needs while growing TurboTax’s client base within local communities.

The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and through TurboTax tools.
