Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and support clients with software and services.

Successful candidates will engage with the local community, build relationships, and help grow TurboTax's presence while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Build long-term relationships and grow TurboTax client base in the local community.
