Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, give tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products while engaging with the local community.

The role emphasizes growing the client base, building lasting relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite.
• Onsite availability 20 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Deliver in-person services at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Utilize government resources and professional tools for accurate tax solutions.
