Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax return preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships and driving client growth.

You’ll engage with customers in person, provide clear tax guidance, and participate in local marketing to grow the TurboTax footprint. This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for PTIN to file taxes.
• Experience with tax preparation software and client consultations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and advise on tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Provide personalized tax planning and guidance using TurboTax tools.
