Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work on-site with customers, providing hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in person.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in your local community, participate in outreach, and leverage marketing support to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Use government sites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver personalized tax solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax’s presence in the community.
