Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for in-person customers, grow the local client base, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing support. The position is non-exempt and onsite in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds required or able to obtain.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location Sunday–Saturday for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Lead local outreach, nurture prospects, and grow the client base.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences using TurboTax tools and resources.
