Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will combine tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and grow a local practice. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, deductions optimization, and clear guidance while delivering a warm customer experience and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with professional tax preparation software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long‑term relationships.
• Assist with local marketing and outreach efforts.
