Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at our on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering hands-on tax preparation, guidance, and software support to customers in person.

In this role, you will grow the TurboTax client base within local communities, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with marketing support to create accessible tax tips and resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, permits or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns prepared with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site TurboTax retail work.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Provide accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
