Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role is on-site, tax-focused, and customer-facing, with responsibilities to prepare taxes and guide clients using TurboTax tools.

You’ll build relationships in your community, grow your client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Intuit’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location; 20+ hours per week.
• PTIN and related state licenses or bonds as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
