Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers in person, helping them navigate complex tax situations. As a trusted local advisor, you will grow the client base, conduct discovery sessions, and deliver a Best in Class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must hold or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews for clients.
• Assist in local community outreach and client development.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Use Intuit tools and CRM for client management.
