Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and personalized service to help customers achieve favorable outcomes while promoting TurboTax products.

You’ll be a trusted advisor, engaging with the local community, building relationships, and supporting ongoing client growth through in-person interactions and collaborative marketing efforts.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, varying with demand.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government websites, tools, and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools; participate in local marketing.
