Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs while leveraging your tax expertise and community presence.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support in person. This role emphasizes local outreach, relationship building, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active license and PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of tax prep filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Comfort working onsite in a front-facing retail environment.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
