Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide full tax preparation, advice, and software support for in-person customers, building relationships and growth in your local community.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll leverage marketing support and TurboTax tools to grow your client base, while offering a great customer experience and ongoing tax planning guidance.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns annually.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship locations.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and attract new clients.
