Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to guide customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll combine tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate complex returns and maximize refunds. As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, deliver personalized tax advice, and build lasting relationships while representing the brand in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licensure, certificates, permits, or bonds required/obtainable.
• At least 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Able to grow local/online TurboTax presence with content.
• Bilingual EN/SP is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Act as proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools.
• Support local marketing efforts and client growth.
