Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, serving as a trusted advisor in a retail setting. You will actively engage the local community, grow the client base, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and tools to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state personal 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.”
