Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform in-person tax preparation, provide guidance, and grow your local client base through community engagement. As a trusted advisor, you’ll tailor tax strategies, handle a range of personal and small-business needs, and represent TurboTax with professionalism in a front‑facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Uniform and front-facing retail environment must.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to clients.
• Lead local marketing with TurboTax support to grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Schedule discovery sessions and tax reviews for deductions and planning.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using resources and team expertise.
• Create excellent customer experiences and build trust for long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools.
• Address client inquiries while helping them overcome tax-related challenges.
