Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the local client base and driving loyalty within the community. As a trusted advisor, you will help customers navigate complex tax situations, leverage marketing support, and build long-term relationships.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• +
• Has PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and grow client base.
