Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products while building local clientele and relationships. You will be part of a team of financial experts, helping customers navigate tax situations with personalized language and clear guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador—represent TurboTax locally and engage with the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead and participate in local marketing to make taxes approachable.
