Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation and advice, helping customers navigate their tax needs and financial goals.

You will also grow the local client base, build relationships, and support marketing efforts with the TurboTax team. This on-site, part-time role requires strong tax knowledge and customer-facing skills in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) or ability to obtain.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base via local community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
