Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will act as a trusted tax advisor, providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in a friendly, community-focused retail setting.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with prospects, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA, CPA, or attorney) and strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite in TurboTax retail locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice to TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build local client relationships.
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach to grow clientele.
