Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and growing the client base. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to create a thriving business with strong customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local/social presence and may be bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally, engage with prospects, and grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Create a strong customer experience and build long-term relationships.
