Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform hands-on tax preparation, provide personalized tax advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement. The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, representing TurboTax in the community, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes and be able to obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust for repeat business and referrals.
