Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to staff on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and growing the TurboTax client base in your community. As a trusted advisor, you will help customers navigate tax needs, demonstrate TurboTax products, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with locals and building trust.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, guiding clients to financial goals and long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations and through available tools.
