Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will assist in-person customers with tax return preparation and tax advice, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will build local relationships, support marketing efforts, and grow your client base while working on-site in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience preparing taxes in-person at retail or similar setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with local prospects, grow client base, and nurture long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and use tools to educate customers in-store.
