Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to support a team of Retail Advisors and create the best glasses-shopping experiences. You will engage with customers, help ideate improvements, and participate in special projects, shaping Warby Parker Retail.

In this role you’ll manage daily store operations, lead meetings, and coach 8–10 teammates. A strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit drive success here at Warby Parker.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with 1+ year in a management position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for our point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes that improve service and shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead meetings at shifts and roundtables, as needed.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and model excellent service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews with Store Leaders.
• Onboard new hires and provide ongoing training.
• Foster an inclusive, service-minded work culture.
