Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors in delivering exceptional glasses-shopping experiences. You will engage customers, help shape store processes, and contribute to special projects while learning from experienced leaders.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in retail management, strong interpersonal skills, and proven ability to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with 1+ year in a management position.
• Backed by managerial experience in sales or operations at a complex, customer-focused retailer.
• Able to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for our POS system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes that improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead meetings at shifts and roundtables as needed.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and model service excellence.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
• Foster an inclusive, service-minded culture.
