Job summary

Warby Parker seeks a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors in creating the best glasses-shopping experience. You will engage customers, help ideate processes, and participate in special projects to support strategic operations and growth.

You’ll manage a team, conduct coaching and onboarding, and ensure a high standard of service while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a management position within retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused skills.
• Experience in sales or operations at a complex retailer.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop processes to improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Manage daily zoning schedules and open/close the store.
• Lead shift meetings, roundtables, and team huddles.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and model excellent service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews and training of new hires.
• Foster an inclusive, service-minded work culture.
