Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors in creating outstanding glasses-shopping experiences. You’ll engage customers, contribute to process improvements, and drive special projects alongside store and retail leaders.

This role mirrors an Assistant Store Manager in other brands and places you at the heart of Warby Parker’s retail strategy. You will oversee daily operations, mentor 8–10 team members, handle inventory, and ensure top-tier customer

Qualifications

• Retail experience with at least 1 year in a management position.
• Managerial experience in sales or operations at a complex, customer-focused retailer.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Eager to learn and be a positive, empathetic team player.
• Able to drive top performance and help teammates reach targets.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the store's point-of-sale system.
• Oversee store inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes to improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Lead daily zoning schedules and open/close the store.
• Conduct shift meetings and team roundtables.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and model great service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews and onboarding.
