Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors in delivering exceptional glasses shopping experiences. You’ll influence process improvements, participate in special projects, and partner with Store Leaders to drive performance.

The role emphasizes customer focus, team development, and daily operations—from opening/closing to team meetings and performance reviews.

Formación

• Retail experience with 1+ year in a management role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership in a customer-focused setting.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; eager to learn; team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
• Own troubleshooting for our point-of-sale system
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures
• Develop new processes that improve service and shopping experiences
• Manage daily zoning schedules
• Open and close the store
• Lead meetings at shift starts and ends
• Direct a team of 8-10 team members
• Assist with biannual performance reviews
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training
• Cultivate an inclusive, service-minded work culture
