Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors and deliver exceptional glasses-shopping experiences. You will own daily store operations, troubleshoot the POS system, and guide onboarding and ongoing training to maintain high service standards.

You'll drive process improvements, oversee inventory and scheduling, and lead meetings with shift teams. A proactive, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment will excel.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a management position within retail or comparable environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Managerial experience in sales or operations at a complex, customer-focused retailer.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and eager to learn.
• Positive, upbeat team player who fosters a respectful, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker Values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes to improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead shift-start and end-of-day meetings and roundtables.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and role-model service excellence.
• Support biannual performance reviews with Store Leader and Associate Store Leader.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training for new hires.
• Cultivate a service-minded, inclusive work culture.
